Now, onto something real...

I have been interested in consciousness, now I am interested in divine revelation. It occurred to me earlier that the mind is very powerful, it is able to kill and heal, a truth that when looked at a very deep and real level, has been present among the ancients for a long, long time. This challenges our now knowing but not as enlightened minds. In the bible it says things about drying up your bones, a broken spirit drieth the bones. What heals you and what kills you are very much in your mind, and a good mindset is truly enlivening. Perhaps the proverbs of long ago were passed west from the east. As health was a very real concern,  the medical aspect of religion continues to inspire.

That said, I believe that the ability to know things has been made manifest through divine revelation. It occurred to me coming home today that the chakras could very well be an enlightened view of the body so that they can be manipulated for ultimate health. So that by our complete knowledge of what the divine manifestation is in the chakras leads to a greater and more complete understanding of health for our bodies and minds.

After that, thinking about other divine manifestations, to the Greeks, I believed, and to the Egyptians, and of course, the Hebrew people. It is like in The Wizard of Oz, when everyone goes and gets a scroll.

This picture of Chakras extends into religious and spiritual manifestations, however, being interested in science, which studies the purely logical and concrete elements of life, one wonders what can be drawn from the ultimate conclusions based solely on simple and basic health premises. And then with what's left, what it says in relation to other religions. Just because, you know, one really must understand where different cultures were coming from. If not for your best health, just because it is fascinating.

I was feeling a little off and wondered about my health in relation to praying for healing. In an age when we do not look to God for healing as often, but perhaps that is not true. I am always ready to explore the possibility of the knowledge of those from long ago.
