Religious stuff
I'm not reading the Bible. I put it away for now. And because it is a heavy work with such extremities, I will look at those works for now.
I have three books to look at, each of the Bible, as if I were looking just to sort of back away, slowly, facing them, hands up.
The works are titled as follows: Judaism, Catholicism, Protestantism. They each have a stamp on their covers. They each have a writer of the faith. The Protestant and Jewish writers are very clean text writers, while the Catholic writer seems impassioned. The Jewish and Catholic writers have issued a thanks and a dedication to those they love.
The Protestant writer begins with, "The roots of Protestantism are here and here, but really, they sprang up individually in a time of ..." as if it is Calculus, and Newton and his other guys are the players.
As it was discovered, so Protestantism is a vast array of new dogma.
I have said once that it would be interesting to compare this development with Hinuism. If from a westerners prospective we could even barely ascertain the other. I have noticed, as Job said, "I have heard of you but now I see you" is an awesome accomplishment. To include another faith is either outrageous or blasphemy.
Judaism says, "We are the sons of Abraham" but somehow includes and adopts others of faith.
But the Catholics, they open with, "Neizche says 'God is dead ' " Then quote Ecclesiastes, then quote Augustine, then Job, then Anselm.
