Mausoleum

One of the 7 wonders of the world, it is this that we can thank for the separation of men. One knows 7 wonders, another knows all about the works and the buildings themselves. A Mausoleum for Mausollos. Someone called me stupid, I think all they count for Smarts is their knowledge.

Speaking of which, God was greater than knowledge in today's psalm!  Today we discussed the 151-155 psalms. The one of which David lets us know he had been saved by God from a lion and a wolf. This allowed him to perform great feats, and then speak of God's greatness and mercy, well, what a hero he turned out to be! The psalms are some of the most beautiful of all works ever written. And the rosary, they ought to know, is based on the knotted rope the monks used to pray psalms.

How the Protestants hate our vain repetitions!

For the better prayer, start there!

In my fabulous tree stump there were appearances of religious things. Or so I've imagined. An archangel, who says "Tis I who opened the vault!" Or how about this one, a black skull and a black Mausoleum?! What might one make of that? Let's leave it to the experts to decide.
