Born again

 It occurred to me while I was excited about being born again, and then writing about new bodies, that, while angels are clearly beautiful beings born of light without bodies, they could very well be us-like.

So then this morning I awoke at the very time a large, white bright star was punctuating my window, center frame (I have a moon image) and when I finally peeled myself from my bed to go out and have a look, the stars were sort of congregating over me in all directions. But right around the house like a halo. It was epiphany like. (January 6 epiphany) 

It was then I repeated the little analogy in my mind. That angels are humans born again to light. I wondered about Joseph. Then it occurred to me that perhaps Michael WAS one of those stars, bright and shining. 

It feels like sacrilege, but brightened up my morning.

I like his story as is. A perfectly righteous, all good Archangel. Made just right. 

It seems a strange event that the devil should be destroyed by a supposed not as high official as himself, although it works that way in humanity.  ** fact check

We only know what they tell us. 

Speaking of which, did you know they tell us there are 7 archangels? I know the names of 4.

Today's gospel tells us to fear the evil one.
